An AI front desk for jiu-jitsu gyms.

Gym owners are coaches, not receptionists. Someone messages at 11pm asking about a free trial and it sits unread for three days. Cornerman answers that message in under a minute, works out what the person actually needs, and books them into a real class on the gym's real calendar.

What it does

• Answers Instagram DMs, Facebook Messenger, website chat, web forms and email, in the gym's own voice
• Works out whether it is for an adult or a child, and how old they are
• Offers two specific class times and books the appointment
• Follows up with people who go quiet
• Sends the owner a weekly recap of every enquiry, by name
• Hands anything medical, financial or unhappy straight to a human and stops talking

Who it is for

Independent Brazilian jiu-jitsu, MMA and Muay Thai academies. We work with one academy per area, so we are never selling the same advantage to two gyms competing for the same beginners.

What it does not do

It sits in front of the software a gym already uses. It does not touch billing, attendance or student records, and nothing is migrated. It will not answer medical questions, quote a price it has not been given, or tell anyone they are cleared to train.
